We went in yesterday to find wrestling shoes for my daughter and Josh, the employee working in the shoe department was amazingly helpful. He was running and helping 3 or 4 different people at the same time and did it all with a smile on his face! Thanks Josh for being awesome and helpful!

Went for the first time to find a golfing glove for my daughter. I was a little disappointed that they didn't carry a larger selection of women's golfing Gloves. We did find one that was adequate, but we definitely feel that they should improve this particular venue for women. Kudos to them at least they had some for women. Walmart does not stock a single golfing glove for women.

Great place with great staff. The manager Jolene is awesome. I come her for all our sporting stuff and winter gear and swim stuff. I have come here for many years and will continue to do so.

I've been walking all around trying to find a decent pair of shoes for my bad feet (i gave them to the Army years ago, and now they're temperamental and hurt all day), and somehow I wander into this store. It was clean, the staff were very helpful and let me try on about 10 pairs of shoes, and now I have a great pair of kicks for like $25! Why did no one tell me about this Gem? I'm headed back to buy another of the same pair in a different color. My feet don't hurt and I barely spent any money. Staff let me try my size and size up of about 5 different shoes types, and didn't make me feel bad about it. Sorry to everyone involved everywhere i go but, I gotta be 'that guy' when i go in to buy shoes cause i gotta try on about a million pairs of shoes each time i look for shoes and more often then not, I leave the store empty handed. But, I've just got bad feet now, and at Big5 they were chill and made me feel like it wasn't even an issue that i gotta try on 9 friggen pairs of shoes. Very cool guys. Thanks to the staff at Big5, yall deserve a raise or a firm handshake or what ever i don't know. 5 stars! Thanks!

Great place that we unfortunately forget sometimes. Great selection of athletic and sports clothes, shoes, and accessories. Jeff is also amazing! Super upbeat, very helpful and has that contagious attitude where you can't help but feel better when you leave.

Always have the best experience shopping here. Each time I walk in I’m immediately welcomed with a friendly greeting and asked if there’s anything I need help with. What led me to leave a review was my recent experience with a guy named Jeff who helped us with finding and grabbing shoe sizes. He had such a positive attitude like he enjoyed his job and genuinely looked forward to helping people. It’s sometimes difficult asking for different sizes in a bunch of different shoes and watching the employee run back and forth to accommodate you. It makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience. But he made us feel like he was MORE than happy to go back as many times as was needed to make us happy so we get what we want. Exceptional customer service from this location especially from him! He transformed our shopping experience
